NO ATTORNEY LISTED.  This alone would be cause for rejection in an honest court.

Literally nothing in will.  No heirs, beneficiaries, cars, assets. Not even the house,  

Yet based on this will, she gave carlos and kymil polk who are not in the will, or listed as heirs or beneficiaries, a house that is also not listed anywhere as part of the estate.

Neither She nor attorney peacock, could have known about these two people or the house unless someone told them about both.

 IF THIS IS LEGAL, ANY PERSON CAN TAKE SOMEONES PROPERTY JUST BY SHOWING UP AT JUDGE HARGROVE'S DOOR AT 6:30 AM AND ASK FOR IT.  YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TO EVEN WAIT UNTIL SOMEONE DIED.
