AS YOU REVIEW THIS WILL, YOU CAN SEE THE FRAUD WAS INTENTIONAL.  

THE TIMESTAMP 7:01:30 AM. HOURS BEFORE THE COURT WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

THE LAW FIRM LISTED IS CLOSED DOWN.

. The person preparing the documents along with their signature is required on 100% of all documents filed with all courts in the U.S.A.  These documents have none.

NONE OF OUR FATHER'S NAMES ARE SEALED BY THE NOTARY. 

Another requirement of 100% of all documents.

The time stamp on the will filed is 7:01:30 am. At least an hour before court opened to the public. Someone let them in early in the morning so they could not be seen.   JUDGE HARGROVE would have a key.

We believed our sister because we trusted her.  Never would we have thought she would betray us.

  I talked to the attorney.  Mr. Peacock on the phone.  He informed me he was Katauna's attorney only. He confirmed the above was in the will.  

In the will filed in judge Hargrove's probate court, no one is in the will at all.   Literally no one listed,   Peacock could not have said this unless he was aware of the false will.  He is also the only person who could have given her the fake will she showed us.  As well as the fake will that they filed.

More irregularities

The only name listed in the will is Katauna king as executor.   No one else. Nothing else

On our father's LEGAL DOCUMENT INPUT FORM.  she is listed as executor AND HIS ATTORNEY.  she is not an attorney.

The witness: Barbara Lang's signature is written radically different on the will and affidavit.    The witnesses names are not typed printed 

Peacock could not have determined  my sister and her two children were entitled to anything based on the documents filed.

There is no way Mr. Peacock would have even tried to file these documenst without 100% certainty he would be successful.   The time stamp shows they were filed before court opened.

THIS FAKED WILL ALONE PROVES BEYOND ANY doubt THAT JUDGE HARGROVE'S COURT IS VICTEMIZING THE PEOPLE SHE HAS SWORN TO PROTECT.

HER CRIMINAL INTERPRISE HAS TO BE STOPPED
