THE "FAKE" EXECUTOR.

OUR SISTER AND HER ATTORNEY PEACOCK BETRAYED US. LOOTED OUR FATHER'S ESTATE.

Our sister, Katauna King showed us a will that named her as executor.  Gave her and her two children 90% of our father's estate.    The will filed in judge hargrove's court gave nothing to anyone.   Listed nothing at all.  JUDGE HARGROVE  determined she and her children were legally entitled to 90% of his estate.

Our sister Katauna lived in Atlanta. Along with her son Carlos Polk Jr. My sister Katriena and I lived in Florida and California. 

After his death my other sister Katriena and I flew to Atlanta to help in settling his affairs. We were accompanied by our ailing mother who wanted to be there to say goodbye. As well as Katauna’s daughter Kymil.

THE WILL OUR SISTER SHOWED US. 

KATAUNA KING, daughter 30%

Her son.CARLOS POLK 30%.

 Her daughterKYMIL POLK 30%. 

his daughte KATRIENA MCCORD 5% r.

 5% His son. RONALD MCCORD.

His first grandson. RONNIE MCCORD. My son was not mentioned in the will.

He also listed his extensive gun collection (over 200) to be sold to a reputable gun dealer. Almost a hundred never accounted for.  Nothing else.
We trusted our sister completely and without question. This was the weapon she used to rip us off. 

The will she showed us was a pre-printed document filled out by hand. 

After almost 10 months of trying to get a copy of the will, I called the attorney MICHAEL RYAN PEACOCK . He stated he was only Katauna’s attorney. confirmed the allocation in the will.  That he himself was waiting for more documents from her.

Our mother dies.

Our mother, lived in Los Angeles. We were now focused on making her last days comfortable and rewarding.

 We had no time to focus on our father’s estate. 

It was several months after she died. we finally were able to question our sister why it was taking so long to settle our father’s estate.

THE NIGHT TRUST DIED

She called me late one night in October 2021. while drunk.  She wanted to send my son a little money because she felt bad my father left him nothing. I responded by telling her he probably would not want it considering my father thought so little of him that he did not even mention him in his will. 

 He apparently told her he didn’t think my son (who was 46 at the time of his death) was my son. Shocked, I asked who told him this. She said “I” told him my son was not my son.  I demanded she explain when, where and why she was told this. But not me.  She hung up on me. we never talked again.

At this point I knew we had been betrayed by our baby sister. That she had falsified the will. This revelation was heartbreaking. 

I had to fly to Atlanta to get a copy of the filed will and trust.

IN SHOCK

The filed will had literally nothing in it.  I went back and was assured these were the only documents filed for my father’s estate.

Both the will we were shown as well as the will that was filed were fake.

With what little money I hired an estate attorney who took my money but didn’t do much at all. Not even reviewing the will or family trust. 

The court were involved in this estate fraud.

The will. it is so blatantly false that it could never have been filed, without corrupt assistance of the judge.

Its date/time of filing: 09/24/2020 at 06:59:48 am.  The court opened to the public at 8:30 am.

The law firm listed on the will and trust had closed.

No lawyer is listed as having prepared the documents. required on 100% of all court filings

Seals protecting our father's name missing. required on 100% of all court filings

witness's signatures do not match each other, 

no benificiaries at all.

Two grandchildren, supposed heirs to 60% of his estate are not listed as heirs anywhere. In fact no one is listed in the will at all.

Nothing could be determined  based on this will.  let alone my sister and her 2 kids were legally entitled to 90%.  The judge knew it was fake when it was filed.  

KATAUNA KING IS LISTED AS HIS ATTORNEY 

In two places, the lawyer listed for my father is his daughter KATAUNA KING.  (See input document).  She is not an attorney.  She works at a pawn shop.

We are to believe that no one noticed she was not an attorney

OUR SISTER, WITH THE HELP OF PEACOCK AND JUDGE HARGROVE BETRAYED US.

She and peacock could not have gotten away with this without the corrupt assistance of judge hargrove.   The fake documents were supplied by peacock. With a guaranty she could get away with it.

This corruption was already in place. Judge Hargrove appears to be running it.

TWO FAKE WILLS AND ONE TRUE WILL. 

OUR OLDER HALF SISTER LATER TOLD US OUR FATHER HAD INCLUDED HIS NEICE WAS INCLUDED IN HIS WILL. The real will is out there.  Even if it is never found, there no doubt the other two are fakes

KATAUNA KING daughter, HIS ALLEGED EXECUTOR. Is also listed on the document input form as his ATTORNEY.

PEACOCK CANNOT SAY HE THOUGHT A PAWNSHOP EMPLOYEE WAS OUR FATHER'S ATTORNEY WHO JUST HAPPENNED TO GIVE HERSELF AND HER FAMILY 90% OF HIS ESTATE.

Look at the will and family trust. LOOK AT THE DOCUMENT INPUT FORM.    You will see everything I say is true.  

THE DEKALB COUNTY PROBATE COURT OF JUDGE HARGROVE IS HELPING TO COMMIT ESTATE FRAUD.
