Our sister Katauna lived in Atlanta. My other Sister and I live in Florida and California.

AFTER OUR FATHER DIED, OUR SISTER SHOWED US A WILL THAT GAVE HER AND HER TWO CHILDREN 90% OF OUR FATHER'S ESTATE VALUED AT OVER A MILLION DOLLARS.

His first grandson.  My son, was not mentioned in this will at all.

With our elderly mother alive, we didn't make a fuss.  

.Our mother, lived in Los Angeles. We focused on making her last days comfortable and rewarding.

THE NIGHT TRUST DIED

Katauna, called me late one night.   While drunk.  Wanting to send my son money because she felt he had been out of the will, while giving her and her two children 90%.   I her he probably wouldn't want it considering our father thought so little of his first-born grandson, he did not even mention him in his will.   She said the reason he didn't was because:  "I" his father, had told him my son was not my son.

It was like getting a call from the twilight zone.  My son was 46 years old at the time of his death.  He had never mentioned this to me. I demanded she explain when, where and why he told her this, but not me.  I accused her of forging the will. And in her greed, forgot about my son.  She hung up on me. we never talked again.

ALL ONE HAS TO DO IS THROW AWAY THE REAL WILL THEN MAKE THEIR OWN,

I had to fly to Atlanta to get a copy from the court.  The will she showed us was not the will that was filed. It had literally nothing in it.  No Heirs, beneficiaries, assets, property. nothing. Not even the attorney who allegedly prepared it.  katauna King. She has never been an attorney.

This was not a mistake. She is listed as his attorney twice.   "not at this time" added.  I went back and was assured these were the only documents filed.    

We were not expected to see these documents. 

The documents were so blatantly false, these criminals had to be mocking the probate court.

With what little money I had, I hired an attorney. Scriber Law Group, LLC.  who took my money but did nothing.

I tried to fight it by myself.  (Note: Anyone acts as his attorney, has a fool for a client.  Is quite right.) When you have no other way to fight what can you do? I never suspected the court was part of the estate theft.

My sister and her two children were awarded virtually all of our father's estate.  Even though the paperwork filed had nothing in it that would support a probate filing. 

No houses, cash cars, nothing

The fake documents were supplied and filed by peacock. 

She and peacock could not have gotten away with it without the corrupt assistance of judge Hargrove.
