This criminal has stolen so much from so many people that he and others stopped filing fake documents.  just junk then took what they wanted.

At his request our father's house, cars. cash. and other property were given to Carlos and Kymil Polk.  and their mother Katauna King.

he could not have known about them, or a house existed. 

He was told to give it to them. 

Even at 6:30 am, He could not have asked a court to probate this will. You have to have something to probate.  No court would have accepted it for filing.  He told them what to give them and who to give it to.  A crime not a mistake.

No heirs, beneficiaries, assets, real property, not even his house is listed.  No attorney, No seals, Nothing that even pretends to be legit.

The court knew this was illegal.  Knew it was a crime.

 He could not believe Katauna King (our sister) was an attorney  (see LEGAL DOCUMENT INPUT FORM). She has never been an attorney.

THE FAMILY TRUST

  Again, no seal over father's name.

An empty schedule initialed and numbered: page 10, is the last page. As if it was found later, initialed then stapled to the back of the trust. It is empty. No house or anything else.  The signature page is signed BEFORE the schedule. it is not numbered. 

Any one of the above irregularities would have caused the will to be rejected by an honest attorney. 

Any one of them would have prevented filing in an honest court.

No evidence that Carlos and Kymil Polk were given anything.  He asked this judge to give the house to them, anyway.  And t" don't tell the other heirs."

Somehow, he was able to walk into a closed court to the basement probate department at 6;30 am. Two hours before court opened to the public. File these false documents and have the court transfer my father's house to these two people, without them being in the will. It is impossible for this to be anything but a crime.
