MICHEAL RYAN PEACOCK

MICHEAL RYAN PEACOCK had a duty to administer the will of our father honestly. Instead he helped my sister commit estate fraud.   Providing her with fake documents to deceive and betray us.  Then providing other faked documents to file with the court. A will that has literally  nothing in it. No beneficiaries, no property. nothing.   According to this will, Katauna King and her children were entitled to 80% of our father's estate.  hargrove refused to have him explain this.

MY EVIDENCE

The law firm who allegedly prepared our father’s will and trust was:

A closed law firm.  Peacock was handling this office’s clients. 

Please look at both the LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT and the FAMILY TRUST.  Allegedly prepared by the above law firm.  No attorney could have believed them valid.

THE WILL AND TRUST.

No attorney is listed in the will or trust. Without exception 100% of all documents filed with the court must list the attorney who prepared them. 

No seal over our father’s name to prevent tampering.  Both documents specifically ask for that seal, it is required on 100% of all documents filed with the court.

literally nothing in the will. Yet somehow peacock determined my sister and her kids were entitled to 90%. 

witness: Barbara Rush, signs her name 5 times IN THE WILL. Each signature different. One after the other.  

He knew going into the court it would be accepted anyway.

THE FAMILY TRUST

Just as faked. no seal over our father’s name.

Page number 9 is missing on the signature page. the signature page not the last page.  

An empty schedule initialed and numbered: page 10, is the last page. As if it was found later. Then just initialed by my father and stapled to the back of the trust. They just did not care.

 It was able to be filed because a corrupt attorney knew a corrupt judge.   

Any one of the above irregularities would have raised suspicions of an honest attorney.  Any one of them would have prevented filing in an honest court.

There is more.

In the alleged Archives he retrieved the LEGAL DOCUMENT INPUT FORM. Allegedly handwritten by our father (see LEGAL DOCUMENT INPUT FORM), It lists our sister: KATAUNA KING as his executor.  Twice as our father’s attorney. It goes on to state “not at this time", twice, when asked about other attorneys

PEACOCK could not have believed she was our father’s attorney. 

Or that my father would have believed his daughter was his attorney. 

 Or that the law firm preparing the documents believed she was his attorney.   if for no other reason she was not working at their firm 

 Or the secretary charged with typing these documents believed she was our father's attorney. 

EVIDENCE THAT KATAUNA KING, PEACOCK, AND THE JUDGE WORKED TOGETHER TO LOOT OUR FATHER'S ESTATE.  

The documents are so blatantly false that PEACOCK had to have helped her with their falsification.  Only he would have the ability to enter a closed courthouse at 6 in the morning    Only the judge could have let them in.

Judge hargrove helped them loot our father's estate.  she didn't do it for free.

THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED!
