Schedule stapled to the back of the FAMILY TRUST. and labeled "page 10" Not "9"

No seal over father's name. even though it is specifically asked for, in writing. 

No one, not lawyer, notary, father, secretary, noticed the schedule among other things is missing before signing.   

 The schedule appears to have been "found," later.  My father comes back "supposedly" reviews it.      Agrees with it.  Even though nothing is on it.  Not even his house. 

(This legally non- existent house was later given to two people: carlos and kymil polk who themselves were not listed as heirs or beneficiaries).  He Initials it.  It's then stapled to the back of his TRUST. 

ALLLEDGELY VERIFIED BY THE LAWYER, THEN JUDGE, AS A TRUE AND AUTHENTIC LEGALLY BINGING FAMILY TRUST.

ANOTHER DOCUMENT: (see LEGAL DOCUMENT INPUT FORM.)  LISTS KATAUNA KING AS OUR FATHER'S ATTORNEY.  SHE DID NOT SIGN THE WILL OR TRUST.

It would be insane to believe this judge and lawyer, honestly thought KATAUNA KING who's never been a lawyer.  Was our father's attorney. Representing a law firm she never worked for

If this is what passes for a legitimate, verified documentation, in judge Hargrove's court anyone can meet her at 6:30am and claim any real property. The victim doesn't even have to be dead.  Just powerless to protect themselves.

These filings were never expected to be seen.
