On 100% of all documents the signature page is the last page.  

A schedule page is the last page.  It's numbered:  page "10".

it allegedly is initialed by my father after he reviewed then signed the FAMILY TRUST    

It's unbelievable after hiring an attorney to prepare this document.. Agrees and signs off on it.   later told he forgot an empty schedule.   He looks at it agrees with this empty schedule.  Initials it.  And it is labeled page 10 (not page 9). then attorneys staple it to the back.of the FAMILY TRUST

 No attorney or clerk could have missed this.

These filings were never expected to be seen again.
