THIS JUDGE LOOTED MY FATHER'S ESTATE.  THOMAS J. MCCORD. ESTATE # 2020-1458.

This criminal has been looting estates for so long, she didn't bother to try and make the documents look legit.  She didn't expect anyone to see it. 

With the assistance of Hargrove. my sister: Katauna King, her attorney: MICHAEL RYAN PEACOCK filed these blatantly false documents.  

Please look at the LAST WILL and FAMILY TRUST. of our father THOMAS J. MCCORD ESTATE # 2020-1458.  And other documents included. All don't even try to look legitimate.  

  A closed law office. 

 No attorney. listed.   required on 100% of all documents to be filed in any court.

His daughter: katauna king is listed as his attorney on the document in-put form.

No seals over his name as requested in writing on both the wilol and trust.   required on 100% of all documents filed with all courts.

 No heirs listed.  No property listed nothing listed   By this will She determined our sister and her two children were intittled to 90% of our father's estate.

The documents filed are so blatantly false that only a corrupt judge could have accepted them.

 Her court may have been committing estate fraud for years.  Only coming to light after actions by my sister KATAUNA KING caused me to suspect fraud.  (Read KATAUNA KING) As you look at the LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT AND FAMILY TRUST of our father: THOMAS J. MCCORD ESTATE # 2020-1458, you will see they could not have been filed without the assistance of a corrupt corrupt judge. .   The judge’s later actions show she is deeply involved. 

They are getting away with it because

Who better to steal from than the estate of a dead person. And heirs who don’t know the contents of the will.  After the death of a loved one, are at the lowest emotional state of their lives.   Even if they suspect something is wrong, may live

 too far. 

 too poor, 

too old,

 too sick, 

too tired to put up a fight. 

At my age (69), I am all of the above.  I just can’t let them continue without at least warning others. 

If you have business with this court or any court probate or otherwise, anywhere, please review my allegations, then review your documents. Don’t trust people simply because you think you can trust them. That was our mistake. We trusted our sister KATAUNA KING. I would have trusted her with my life.  she betrayed us.  someone you trust may do the same.  Heed my warning.

PETITIONED THE COURT.

It took over a year and a half to realize our sister had stolen our father’s estate; I petitioned the court.  Alleging both the last will and testament and family trust among other documents were fraudulent. THOMAS J. MCCORD ESTATE # 2020-1458

At the time, I did not suspect the judge hargrove was part of this estate fraud. 

Filing a petition 

In December 2022 I filed my petition to contest the will.  I wrote the petition myself because I did not have the money to hire an attorney.

The court accepted my petition.  Setting a date of May 25, 2023 for hearing. Telling me that I would get a copy of the attorney’s response.

When the court convened, I informed the judge I had not received any response from the attorney. 

Judge Hargrove said, “so what” “you’re here now."

A response is required from all attorneys.  This judge had to personally tell MICHEAL RYAN PEACOCK not to.

At the hearing she refused to allow me to discuss the will. at all.   Her exact words were: “we are not going to talk about the will. “it’s too late”, you should have known.”  The statute of limitations did not run out until September 24, 2024

She did allow the attorney Micheal Ryan Peacock to discuss parts of the will. while denying me this same right.   she could get away with this because she is the judge. She should not be allowed to steal estates because she is the judge.

They have gotten away with it for years because the person they’re stealing from is dead. Like me, when our father died, I didn’t know the contents of his will. We trusted our sister the alleged executor. completely. Only to be betrayed by her. Then later by this judge. 

We found out the will she showed us was a fake. The will she filed was a fake. My other sister and I were never supposed to know. We trusted our sister. This judge said “we should have known”.

I begging all law firms to review my evidence and hope you will assist me in putting this judge in prison. where she belongs. All foreign governments ask the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA how the country could chastise other governments on civil rights when they are stealing from their own people.

I believe my sister murdered my father so that she and her children could loot his estate and that her attorney, Michael Ryan Peacock assisted her.

She allowed my sister: KATAUNA KING and her attorney Micheal Ryan Peacock to sneak into her court at 6:30 am in the morning  on to file a blatantly false WILL AND TRUST. As well as other documents. 

We were never notified that anything had been filed. In
