THIS CRIMINAL IS STEALING THE GENERATION WEALTH SHE IS SUPOSED TO PROTECT

THE EVIDENCE

She gave away property worth almost a million dollars to two people who were not heirs or beneficiaries.  Including a house, cars and almost $700,000.00. in cash. 

 These criminals didn't even try to make the will look legitimate.  As if they were mocking the probate court.

 The PETITION TO FILE WILL IN SOLEMN FORM.  Filed at 6:59 AM. (see petition to probate will in solemn form). They had to be told to come to the court at 6:30 am.   Court opened at 8:30 am. 

It has 3 heirs Ronald McCord, Katriena McCord, Katauna King. No others

The WILL 

No attorney listed.  No document can be filed in any U.S. court without it.

Katauna king: his daughter, named as his attorney in the LEGAL DOCUMENT INPUT FORM  It was no mistake. "Not at this time". Is written twice after her name. She has never been an attorney.  Or worked at any law firm. 

Both will and trust requested, in writing, seals over the signatures.  No seals.

Either of these would have caused them to be rejected.

 WILL OR TRUST CONTAIN LITTERALLY NOTHING! 

SHE PROBATED A WILL THAT HAD NOTHING TO PROBATE!

This judge transferred our father's house and bank accounts that she could not have known about, to Carlos and Kymil Polk, who she also could not have known about.  

   The deed of assent doesn't show why or what court or what judge awarded our father's estate to two people not listed as heirs.

 Two of us were never notified or consented to this.

If this is legal, anyone could show up to her court at 6:30 in the morning and tell this judge to give them any house they wanted. She could have given it to herself.

Only a judge's written order could compel a bank to release almost a three quarters of a million dollars in cash to my sister and these other two people.

Only a judge's written order could compel a government agency to transfer a house into someone else's name. without question.

PETITIONED THE COURT

When I petitioned the court to contest the will, she gave me 3 days' notice to show up in court in Atlanta ga., from Los Angeles. Then refused to let me speak.  Saying "we're not talking about no will." 

 When told I never received a response to my petition her response was: "so what."  you're here now"

It was then I realized she was part of it.

she violated my civil rights, constitutional rights as well as committed multiple criminal acts.

She gets away with it because, the victims: live too far, poor, old, sick, powerless, or just too tired to put up a fight. I am all of the above.

Even though there is more than enough evidence for at least an investigation, no one, one from wants to bother with it. Allowing her and others to continue to rape the estates.
